As an implementation Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our demo experience team, leading our customers through a seamless onboarding experience of the Saleo Platform. Partnering with top-tier SaaS companies, you’ll transform customer needs into actionable Saleo requirements and deliverables that deliver tremendous ROI in how they elevate their sales demos.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Master the intricacies of the Saleo platform.

2. Collaborate with customers to understand their ideal demo flow.

3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Services, CS, and Sales.

3. Translate customer demo flows and software requirements into actionable tickets in ClickUp.

4. Manage the ClickUp ticket process, ensuring timely resolution and consistent communication with stakeholders.

5. Refine deliverables from our engineering team for client presentation.

6. Configure Saleo based on client specifications obtained through end-user product interviews.

7. Develop and oversee project timelines, ensuring consistent and timely deliverables.

8. Conduct comprehensive customer environment pre-audits and produce relevant and guided documentation.

9. Champion project management excellence, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

10. Deliver impactful training sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Saleo’s offerings.

11. Lead discovery sessions with new clients to ensure optimal implementation.

13. Oversee the Onboarding Projects queue and supervise the entire customer implementation cycle.

14. Craft Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to assist in the implementation of SaaS platforms, enabling Saleo to simplify complex data structures.

15. Serve as the primary technical contact for customer platform issues, coordinating with our engineering teams for swift issue resolution.

16. Execute additional tasks as required.

Tools & Skills:

Proficiency in: Excel, Hubspot, ClickUp, Google Docs.

Advantageous: Knowledge of CSS (not mandatory but beneficial).


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years in the software industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and long-term project deliverables.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in note-taking.
  • Outstanding public speaking skills with a flair for delivering impactful training sessions.
  • Proven expertise in software implementation.
  • Significant experience with SaaS platforms and a deep understanding of their operations.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams and roles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, showcasing an ability to think on your feet and address challenges head-on.
  • High adaptability, with a willingness to embrace change and learn new tools or processes as the business evolves.
  • Ability to work remotely; occasional client site visits may be necessary.
